Return & Exchange Policy

At Al-Mutawa Electronics, we are committed to providing our customers with a safe and satisfactory shopping experience, in compliance with the regulations of the Saudi Ministry of Commerce. Please review the following conditions regarding product returns and exchanges

1. Timeframe & General Conditions

  • Timeframe: You may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • The product does not match the listed specifications.
  • Receipt of a product different from the order.

2. Return Conditions

A product may be returned in the following cases:

  • A manufacturing defect confirmed by the authorized service center.
  • The product does not match the listed specifications.
  • Receipt of a product different from the order.

3. Exchange Conditions

A product may be exchanged in the following cases:

  • Exchange with another product of equal or higher value (with payment of the price difference if applicable).
  • The product has not been used or operated.
  • Incompatibility or incorrect sizing.

4. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Products

Products cannot be returned or exchanged in the following cases:

  • Opened or used products.
  • Products with digital activation or subscriptions.
  • Customized devices made to order.
  • Personal care products once opened.

5. How to Submit a Request

To submit a return or exchange request:

  • Contact Customer Service at 920022008.
  • Provide the order number or invoice.
  • Send the product to the nearest branch (Dammam or Al-Ahsa) after coordinating with Customer Service.
  • After inspection, the amount will be refunded, or the product will be exchanged according to the stated conditions.

6. Refund Method

To submit a return or exchange request:

  • Contact Customer Service at 920022008.
  • Provide the order number or invoice.
  • Send the product to the nearest branch (Dammam or Al-Ahsa) after coordinating with Customer Service.
  • Timeframe: Refunds are processed within 3 to 14 days from the date of purchase.
  • Method: Refunds will be made using the original payment method (card, transfer, or cash).
  • Fees: Delivery or installation charges are non-refundable, unless the error is from the company.

7. Shipping & Delivery Exceptions

  • If the error is from the customer, delivery fees will be deducted.
  • If the error is from the company, Al-Motawa will cover all costs.
