3. Exchange Conditions
A product may be exchanged in the following cases:
- Exchange for a product of the same value or higher (with payment of the price difference).
- The product has not been used or operated.
- Incompatibility or incorrect sizing.
4. Non-Returnable or Non-Exchangeable Products
Products cannot be returned or exchanged in the following cases:
- Opened or used products.
- Products with digital activation or subscriptions.
- Custom-made devices.
- Personal care products once opened.
5. Steps to Submit a Request

- Send the product to the nearest branch (Dammam or Al-Ahsa) after coordinating with customer service.
- After inspection, the amount will be refunded, or the product exchanged according to the conditions.

- If the error was on the customer’s side, delivery fees will be deducted.
- If the error was from the company, Al Motawa will cover all costs.
