Terms and Conditions for Al-Mutawa Online Store

Welcome to the Al Mutawa Online website (referred to as the "Website/Online Services"), a service provided by Al Mutawa Online, a branch of Al Mutawa Commercial Company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Website is operated by Al Mutawa Commercial Company (referred to as "we"/"us").
As a user of the website (referred to as "you/your/customer"), you must read and understand the following terms and conditions. Once you use the website for the purpose of purchasing, you are bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to any of the terms listed, we advise you not to use the online services provided by Al-Mutawa Online.

  • You are responsible for your use of the Site's services from outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and for your full compliance with local laws.
  • These Terms and Conditions are effective immediately and supersede all prior agreements, unless additional terms are provided for a particular product or service.

Website security protection

You may not violate or attempt to violate the security of the Website, including but not limited to:

  • Accessing information or accounts that you are not authorized to use.
  • Attempting to probe or test the capability of a system or network or to breach security.
  • Attempting to disrupt or interfere with the service provided to any other user, such as spreading or transmitting viruses.
  • Sending spam.
  • Simulation for the purpose of forging an IP address or email address.

Any violations of system security will subject you to civil and criminal penalties.

We reserve the right to limit the number of items selected per person or order. Shopping cart capacity is limited to two (2) items per product, and this policy applies to orders using the same account, credit card, or shipping address.

Product details, stock and prices

  • We may encounter some typographical errors in product descriptions or prices.
  • The colors of the products shown depend on your monitor settings, and we are not responsible for any variation.
  • The posting of product details on the website does not guarantee their availability or the accuracy of their prices.
  • In the event of an error in the price of an ordered product, we have the right to either contact you to clarify the error or cancel your order.
  • Prices may vary between the website and showrooms. The "Lowest Price Guarantee" service is not offered for purchases made through the website.
  • Product availability and prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Shipping and Delivery

  • We currently operate and deliver in the Eastern Province (Dammam, Khobar, Qatif, Ras Tanura, Jubail, Al-Ahsa, Hofuf, Buqayq) in addition to Riyadh.
  • Home delivery Free For orders over 499 SAR,29 SAR for orders under that.
  • Delivery time ranges from 3 working days to major cities in the Eastern Province, and 10 working days to Riyadh.
  • Free home delivery is available for large-sized products within a 60 km radius of the company's showrooms.
  • Heavy and light weight products are delivered from 10 AM to 8 PM daily except Fridays.
  • In the event of a delivery failure due to an error on your part (such as a wrong address), an additional fee will apply to resend the order.

Receiving orders

  • Please ensure the product dimensions and fit your doorways and installation space before ordering.
  • To receive from the showroom
  • The service is available for small products at all Al-Mutawa Commercial Company showrooms.
  • You must show a valid ID and email notification. For online purchases, you must show the original credit card.
  • Orders paid at the branch are kept for a maximum of 48 hours.
  • Orders paid online are kept for a maximum of 7 days.
  • If the customer does not receive his order within one month, the site has the right to cancel the order and refund the purchase amount.

Payment

  • We accept payment via SADAD and credit cards (Visa or MasterCard) issued by Saudi banks only.
  • All payment information is encrypted for security purposes. We do not store your credit card information.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your credit card information used.
  • If we are unable to fulfill the order, the amount paid will be refunded in full or in part.

Cancel order

Cancellation of order by Al-Mutawa Online:

  • Payment rejected/not accepted.
  • The customer was more than one hour late in paying via the Sadad system.
  • Customer purchases more than two pieces of the same product.
  • Incorrect delivery address or contact information.
  • The customer does not receive his paid order from the showroom within the specified period.

Order cancellation by customer:

  • If the order has not been delivered or shipped yet.
  • If we are unable to provide the product within 10 working days from the date of order confirmation.

Returns, exchanges and refunds

  • You can request a return of the product within 14 days of receiving it in case of dissatisfaction or defect.
  • Exceptions:
  • Software and video games.
  • Health and beauty products (for health reasons).
  • Mobile phones and computers unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • Printers, fax machines, copiers and accessories unless faulty.
  • The product must be in its original condition with all accessories and instruction manual.

Warranty, Maintenance and Repair

All products sold have passed quality inspections. If you experience a problem within 14 days of receiving the product, we recommend that you contact the factory's authorized service center in Saudi Arabia directly to request maintenance. You can contact us to find authorized service centers.

Terms and Conditions of Special Offers

  • Deal of the Day and Weekend Offer: Offer valid for a limited time or while supplies last. Each customer is entitled to two items only.
  • Pre-ordering guarantees product reservation, but delivery time depends on the supplier's delivery time. We are not responsible for any delays.

Terms and Conditions for Air Conditioner Installation

  • Please keep the original invoice. After installation, the device is subject to the dealer's warranty.
  • A maximum of 4 meters of copper is used with each split air conditioner.
  • The customer is responsible for preparing the installation site (civil works, electrical work, etc.). The installation team is not responsible for installing the electrical system.
  • Al-Mutawa Online is not responsible for the cooling performance of the air conditioner if the size of the installation location is not compatible with its capacity.

Amendment to the Terms and Conditions

Al-Mutawa Online reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. If you continue to use the service, you implicitly agree to be bound by the amended terms.
